Fukutora pufferfish, a new winter specialty product from Soma

Fukutora: Fugu(pufferfish)brings you fuku(good fortune)

Although it was not frequently eaten in Tohoku in the past, wild torafugu (Japanese pufferfish) has a uniquely delicious texture and flavor, which inspired its nickname, the “King of Fugu.” Fukutora pufferfish is a new local delicacy harvested from the waters of Soma in the autumn and winter.
